If the professional was also hired to iron clothes, be sure to provide an iron and an ironing board for the service.
Some activities can put professionals at risk and, therefore, we understand that such activities must be carried out by a specialized professional. Therefore, some tasks should not be performed, including:
Cleaning crystal chandeliers or ceiling fans
Taking paint off the floor
Cleaning pets or the dirt generated by them

External cleaning of windows or external glazing of balconies that are out of reach.

We know schedules can change quickly, but unfortunately, ignoring, rescheduling or canceling a service that is less than 24 hours old can cause your professional to miss out on valuable work.

Pay attention to the rules:
- At least 24 hours notice – your order will be canceled at no additional charge;
- For services performed on the first business day of the week, cancellation must be made by 4:00 pm on the last business day of the previous week, otherwise the full amount of the contracted service will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours in advance – the full amount of the contracted service will be charged.
Automatic recurring services (subscription):
- Cancellations after the initial 30 days: no charge;
- Cancellations before the initial 30 days: a fee of $15 will be charged.
